The role emphasizes leadership, experimental physics expertise, and hands-on measurement of high-field phenomena. English fluency required; PhD holders preferred.

Qualifications

• PhD in physics, preferably with high-voltage or dielectrics focus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; team player and proactive.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects from concept to solution.
• Design and run experiments, prototypes, and lab validations.
