Enginzyme in Stockholm region is seeking a Research Assistant to join the Process Engineering team. This on-site, one-year role supports lab-to-pilot scale development of immobilised biocatalysts, with hands-on catalyst testing and process development.

The candidate is an early-career engineer with MSc in Chemical Engineering, >1 year wet lab experience, and a passion for experimental data. English fluency is required; on-site Solna office. Strong teamwork and safety mindset encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• +1 year of wet lab research experience in academia or industry.
• Solid foundation in chemical reactor engineering.

Aufgaben

• Plan, set up and carry out experiments in catalytic reaction engineering.
• Measure catalyst activity, selectivity and stability under varied operating conditions and collect data.
• Identify catalyst deactivation mechanisms through designed experimental studies.
• Assist in evaluating operating windows for specific chemistries.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations of experimental findings.
• Support safe and efficient operation of the laboratory.
