Qualifications

  • Minimum MSc degree or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of laboratory experience in Chemistry, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience in a production or research environment.
  • Experience working in laboratory environments within relevant industries such as Li-ion materials, pharmaceutical, food and paper, or automotive.
  • Experience in developing methods, standards, procedures, and documentation efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan (CP), Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of quality troubleshooting tools and problem-solving methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, validation, and execution of methods for material analysis.
  • Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation or measurement systems.
  • Conduct analysis on a wide range of instruments and report data/results.
  • Execute the Quality Control and testing plan for materials and components.
  • Collaborate across R&D technical teams, Process Quality Engineering, and Supply Chain.
