V7 Recruitment is recruiting for a QA/QC CSA Engineer on behalf of a leading international data centre contractor delivering major hyperscale Data Centre projects in Skelleftea. This role focuses on ensuring MEP works meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and client satisfaction.

Degree-qualified engineers with experience in QA/QC on large-scale projects are encouraged to apply, with attention to detail and strong communication with stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience as QA/QC Engineer on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP construction methods, quality standards, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
• Review subcontractor quality submissions, method statements, and inspection records.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits, issuing NCRs where required.
• Support project teams in identifying, managing, and resolving quality issues.
• Verify materials, installations, and workmanship meet project and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
• Assist with project handover activities, including QA dossiers, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a QA/QC Engineer position on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEPconstruction methods, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing inspections, test plans, quality documentation, and NCR processes.
• Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.

• Support project reporting and quality performance monitoring.
• Assist with project handover activities, including QA dossiers, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
