Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead QA/QC for modernization and upgrades projects. You will perform product risk analyses, review customer contracts, and create essential project quality documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with third-party inspections and contribute to CE certification processes while collaborating with a global team dedicated to delivering sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a related field and 2–3 years of post-graduate experience.
• Experience with Machinery Directive and CE Certification processes.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive team player able to lead or follow as needed, with a resourceful mindset.
• International business experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC requirements for M/U projects, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers to perform product risk analyses and directive conformity.
• Review customer contracts to communicate quality delivery expectations.
• Create, update, and release project quality documentation (e.g., Project Quality Plan).
• Coordinate with third-party inspections and manage country-specific shipment inspections for certifications.
