Responsibilities

• Support implementation of PUQ quality strategy for customer satisfaction.
• Lead problem-solving activities with suppliers using methods.
• Engage in technical discussions with suppliers for root cause analyses.
• Coordinate containment actions and track supplier quality effectiveness.
• Support quality complaint analyses and identify non-conformities.
