Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience preparing DNA for 16S rRNA metabarcoding.

Responsibilities

• Investigate proteorhodopsin light harvesting in marine bacterioplankton and its effect on carbon cycling.
• Conduct laboratory experiments with cultured organisms and natural microbial assemblages.
