Job summary

You bring a machinist background with 5+ years of leadership in production, including assembly and welding, and you understand shop-floor metrics, cost reporting, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant production leadership experience.
• Strong technical foundation across assembly and welding.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and shop-floor operations.
• Excellent knowledge of HSE requirements and quality routines.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees toward shared goals.
