Job summary

SEB is seeking a Product Owner for Privileged Access Management (PAM) to drive the roadmap and automate security processes. You will partner with Security, Risk, Compliance and IT to translate business needs into scalable PAM solutions, maintain the backlog, and deliver value while enhancing user experience.

You will leverage experience in IAM/PAM, hands-on PAM tooling (CyberArk, Entra ID), and strong stakeholder collaboration to push security improvements and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner or similar in IAM/PAM
• Hands-on with PAM/IAM solutions (CyberArk, Entra ID)
• Experience driving security improvements, automation, and process optimization
• Experience with AGILE methodologies
• Strong risk management, governance and regulatory support knowledge
• Vendor management including budget ownership and negotiations

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the PAM product roadmap and backlog.
• Collaborate with security, risk, compliance and IT teams to translate business needs into PAM solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Ensure delivery aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage changes across teams.
