Job summary

Tradera is seeking a Product Owner to lead two teams: Buying and Data/AI, shaping the buying journey and AI initiatives. The role is hybrid in Stockholm, requiring presence 2-3 days per week. It is a fixed-term contract from February 2027 to January 2028 and reports to the CPO.

You will supervise 7 people across both teams, drive collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure delivery that makes a real difference for users. You value getting things done and navigating changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a product or delivery team.
• Ability to prioritize work based on user needs and business impact.
• Proven collaboration with developers, designers, analysts and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Shape features and direction for Buying and Data/AI teams.
• Prioritize backlogs balancing user feedback, fixes, AI initiatives and new features.
• Plan and ship updates across web, apps, and AI/data platform with teams.
• Support and develop team members through coaching and regular 1:1s.
