You will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of the Consumer Loans portfolio across the full customer lifecycle—from application through to the end of the customer relationship.Working closely with colleagues across the Nordic organization, you will identify market opportunities, optimize customer value propositions, and ensure our products remain competitive, compliant, and customer-focused.## Key Responsibilities* Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Consumer Loans portfolio in Sweden.* Manage product profitability and key commercial performance indicators, ensuring sustainable growth and strong business results.* Monitor customer, competitor, technology, and regulatory developments, translating insights into product enhancements and business opportunities.* Lead cross-functional collaboration across Business Development, Pricing, Marketing, Risk, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize product performance.* Own and prioritize the product backlog, driving product development, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Support the development of pricing strategies, distribution channels, insurance offerings, and customer acquisition initiatives to strengthen Santander's market position.## About YouYou are a commercially minded and customer-focused professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
