Job summary

Wisentic in Stockholm seeks a Product Manager to shape Arbit, our flagship SaaS product that automates insurance workflows and end-to-end claims processes. You will work with engineers and designers to discover and solve meaningful problems while delivering real value for customers.

You will own the product strategy, prioritize the team’s backlog, and collaborate across functions to validate problems and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a product trio (PM, engineers, designers) to run discovery and deliver value.
• Hands-on discovery methods such as user interviews, prototype testing, and market analysis.
• Comfort with product analytics to drive prioritization and measure impact.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Desire to contribute to modern product development and organizational maturity.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in finance or insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our flagship product, ensuring it evolves in line with changing customer needs, business priorities, and industry trends.

You’ll be a part of a cross-functional product team, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to discover and solve meaningful problems in ways that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. But also deliver solutions that create real value. This is not just a feature request fulfillment role, your mission is to help us solve the right problems, in the right ways, through modern product practices.

Some of the main tasks:

• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end claims processes across our two verticals through qualitative and quantitative research
• Take full ownership of the existing product, ensuring it is continuously maintained, improved, and evolves to meet customer and business needs.
• Lead continuous product discovery with engineering and design to validate customer problems and solution hypotheses before development.
• Own the product strategy, team priorities and delivery (including maintenance of existing customers)
• Communicate progress effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Partner with commercial teams on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales enablement

This is a role that blends strategic thinking and hands-on execution, by driving business challenges and breaking them down into technical solutions.

About You

We believe you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS company
• Proven ability to collaborate in a product trio (PM, engineers, designers) to run discovery, test assumptions, and deliver valuable product outcomes
• Hands-on experience with discovery methods such as user interviews, prototype testing, and market analysis
• Comfort with product analytics to drive prioritization and assess impact
• Excellent communication skills, able to align and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A desire to help drive our transition toward modern product development, contributing to both product success and organizational maturity
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the finance or insurance industry is nice to have

Good to know

Our office is located at Körsbärsvägen 5 in Stockholm, near KTH (moving to new premises at Drottninggatan mid September 2026). We have a flexible model where you can work from home but most work from the office 3-4 days a week.
