Job summary

Repligen Corporation in Sweden seeks a Development Engineer to lead and participate in mechanical design projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications. You will oversee cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and thorough documentation to support successful development from start to finish.

Qualifications

Degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
3+ years of experience in mechanical design.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes (turning, milling, injection molding).
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
Experience leading projects is a merit.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Lead and/or participate in development projects from start to finish.
Handle cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
Design and develop mechanical systems and optimize prototypes.
Collaborate with manufacturers, sales teams, and customers.
Conduct tests, analyses, and evaluations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
