Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with 5-10 years of experience in product development, and possess strong knowledge in cost management and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience within product development or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods, and technical drawings.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support product development teams with cost and climate insights.
• Collaborate on cost assumptions and priorities with global stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain should-cost models and CO₂ impact assessments.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and sustainability improvements.
