• Experience from notarial service or dispute resolution in debt collection/receivables is advantageous.
• Local ties to Varberg or surrounding region are a plus; local engagement and presence are valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive disputes and proceedings as an attorney for Riverty and our clients in a dynamic yet stable work environment.
• Work in a team that values collaboration and long-term thinking.
• Independently manage processes from start to finish, including investigations, drafting legal documents, interactions with opposing parties, authorities and courts, and acting as an attorney in court.
• Support the business in debt collection and in liability- and dispute-related matters.
