Job summary

Mercor is hiring experienced private equity associates to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack and to peer-review models built by two other contractors on the same transaction.

You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references and stated assumptions, and you will assess peers against a fixed set of criteria, providing a short written rationale and a completed review scorecard.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years total experience in IB/PE roles, preferably Consumer/Retail or generalist M&A
• Associate at mid-market or large-cap PE with consumer/leisure focus (Paris/French deals preferred)
• Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template
• English-speaking required
