Job summary

SmartCella Holding AB is seeking an Operator Production to manufacture the Extroducer® and ensure precision and quality in all steps. You will follow approved instructions and support continuous improvement in a on-site setting in Tullinge, Sweden.

The role emphasizes meticulous work, collaboration with colleagues, and adherence to quality standards as part of a diverse production team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Swedish upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience from precision-based work (medical device production, electronics, fine assembly).
• Meticulous, detail oriented with a strong quality mindset.
• Experience with quality control, measurement tools; ISO 13485 or similar standards preferred.
• Troubleshooting skills; able to work safely with tools, machinery, and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Extroducer® according to approved work instructions.
• Perform incoming inspections of purchased components.
• Report deviations and support a strong quality culture.
• Contribute ideas to improve and develop the production setup.
