• Support influencer and KOL seedings and press materials.
• Assist with creative briefings, campaign materials and brand briefs.
• Support event planning and vendor sourcing.
• Coordinate materials, packaging and shipments for launches, events and activations.
• Support post-activation reporting and campaign documentation.
• Help update marketing calendars, timelines and planning tools with Brand and Marketing Managers.
• Assist with internal reporting and marketing updates.
• Organise and maintain marketing assets and shared documentation.
• Support coordination with internal teams such as Retail and Commercial.
