Qualifications

• Relevant engineering background with experience in product development and team management.
• Familiarity with control of power electronics, preferably FACTS/HVDC/Substations.
• Experience with MACH-platform is advantageous.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Structured approach applying relevant methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the power quality R&D team.
• Manage project tasks and support project managers.
• Collaborate with global R&D and engineering teams.
• Encourage technology scouting and proposal of new projects.
• Ensure timely reporting on project status.
