Job summary

inventYOU IT Consulting in Sweden is seeking an experienced Power BI developer for a public sector digitalization project. You will develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, build new datasets, and perform data modeling linked to HR, finance and attendance systems.

You will translate business needs into data models, act as a liaison between stakeholders and the BI team, and take ownership of a work area.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a Power BI developer with clear evidence in CV/work history.
• Strong data modeling and dataset creation skills.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements independently.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, including new builds.
• Perform data modeling for reporting and follow-up needs.
• Independently build and manage datasets from provided data access.
• Translate business needs into data models and reports.
• Act as requirements recipient from the business side and provider toward the BI/development team.
• Get familiar with data across HR, finance, and attendance systems.
• Take ownership of a work area and support/lead a small group if needed.
