Zusammenfassung

Sever Pharma Solutions, a Malmö-based CDMO, seeks an experienced Senior Development Scientist / Principal Scientist to drive polymer-based formulation and aseptic fill/finish development from concept through scale‑up and tech transfer.

You will join a multidisciplinary Development Department reporting to the Director of Development, contributing to GMP and non‑GMP projects and advancing products toward commercial manufacturing readiness.

Qualifikationen

• PhD with 8+ years industrial or post‑doctoral experience, or MSc with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in polymer processing and product/process development.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams or teams and drive development progress.
• Strong scientific documentation skills and clear communication of complex information.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead and contribute to formulation and process development for polymer-based pharmaceuticals and aseptic fill and finish products.
• Develop, optimize, and transfer manufacturing processes from early development to commercial-scale readiness.
• Apply scientific judgment to understand, evaluate, and solve complex technical challenges.
• Drive technical maturity across product development phases with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, execute, interpret, and document experimental work with high quality and compliance.
