Job summary

Karo Healthcare AB is seeking a PLM System Specialist to own and optimize our PLM platform, including Trace One Devex, across international markets from Stockholm, Kaunas or Maidenhead. You will manage master data operations and coordinate with IT, Regulatory, Packaging and Operations to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PLM/ERP experience, strong data management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system enhancements in a growing, global company.

Qualifications

• A hands-on role configuring and supporting PLM and ERP platforms.
• Experience with master data management and data migrations.
• Familiarity with Trace One Devex is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong data structure and workflow configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the PLM platform, including data structures and workflows.
• Manage master data operations: imports, exports, validation, clean-up, bulk uploads.
• Act as second-line support for PLM-related issues and coordinate with Trace One.
• Monitor system integrations with platforms like IFS and Veeva RIM.
• Support testing, releases, and ongoing platform improvements for reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into enhancements.
• Support regulatory and sustainability data requirements for accurate product information.
• Drive product data migration and integration during acquisitions.
