Job summary

Irori is expanding its Platform Engineering team in Linköping/Norrköping to build and operate cutting-edge, cloud-native platforms for trusted Swedish companies. You will shape and own practical DevOps pipelines, observability, and data governance across client environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in platform engineering, strong Kubernetes/CI/CD expertise, and the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• +5 years of platform engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Linköping/Norrköping region.
• Fluency in Swedish.

Platform Engineering at Irori

We're looking for an experienced Platform Engineer who feels at home in a culture of teamwork and curiosity. As a key member of our team, you will:

• Build and operate our clients' integration and container orchestration platforms, covering observability, tracing, self-service, disaster recovery, security, and data governance.
• Drive DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines across client environments.
• Apply your platform engineering experience to business-critical, cloud-native solutions.
• Work across the full scope of product and platform team responsibilities.

You bring

• +5 years of experience in platform engineering with relevant technologies — your attitude to learning matters more than your exact toolset.
• Experience with infrastructure operations and some of the following: Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, Helm, Tekton, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, Kibana, Prometheus, Vault, Git/GitOps, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of key operational considerations: reliability, availability, maintainability, capacity planning, and security.
• An understanding of how to build and run effective platforms organizationally, including what development teams actually need.
• Experience building or setting up DevOps tooling pipelines.
• Strong communication skills for working with technically skilled colleagues and clients.
• Fluency in Swedish and based in or willing to relocate to the Linköping/Norrköping region.
• Hands-on development experience, hobby or professional (Python, Bash, Java, .Net, JS, Go, or similar).
• Experience establishing capabilities such as self-service, disaster recovery, identity management, or observability.
• Performance tuning experience.
• Experience with operational support.
