Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in high precision manufacturing or pilot/scale-up environments.
• Experience with mechanical design using 3D CAD is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different Lyten’s factories as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own pilot-line selected production steps across various processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define production system requirements.
• Ensure process and equipment meet availability and reliability.

Skills

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

Hands-on engineering experience

Proficient in DOE/SPC/MSA

Familiar with Dry-room operations

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Automation Engineering
