Job summary

East Capital Group is seeking a part-time Sales Support for the fall 2026 period to assist our investor-oriented team in Stockholm. The role focuses on supporting financial advisors, private clients, and distributors across Sweden, handling inquiries, order placements, and fund administration tasks.

The successful candidate will engage with IFA’s and maintain strong client relationships while developing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer support in financial services or related fields.
• Experience with investment products such as pension insurances or private investments is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English; additional languages are a merit.

Responsibilities

• Incoming errands from financial advisors and private clients.
• Incoming calls from clients and investment advisors.
• Order placement.
• KYC and AML and PEP procedures.
• Administrative tasks linked to fund administrations.
• Drive sales and retain assets in existing relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
