Job summary

H&M Mora in Sweden is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while showcasing our products.

You will work with the Store Team to deliver an excellent in-store experience, maintain the floor, support opening and closing, and represent the brand positively during every interaction. This permanent role offers 5 hours per week, starting in October or by agreement, based in Mora, with Swedish or English language skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
• Flexible and action oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the store and products.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
