Eric Buchanan & Associates is seeking a Paralegal (QR) in our Chattanooga, Tennessee office. You will manage a caseload, coordinate attorney appointments, review case mail daily, and develop medical evidence for appeals and filings.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in a professional setting, strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. We offer health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Customer service experience in a professional service environment (law firm, medical office, etc.).
• Ability to work on deadlines and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Strong communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
• Team player with a professional, courteous demeanor and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload with multiple deadlines at administrative and court levels.
• Coordinate attorney appointments for cases and notify attorneys of updates.
• Review case mail daily, update the case management system with deadlines.
• Develop medical evidence for attorneys to review in cases.
• File administrative appeals and court filings in a timely manner.
• Communicate and follow up with attorneys, clients, and related parties.
