Job summary

Incluso AB seeks a Paint Automation Engineer in Västerås to support and develop automation solutions within our production environment. The role is 100% onsite with an initial 12-month contract starting in August, focusing on stable, safe, and efficient automated processes.

You will collaborate across production, maintenance and engineering to resolve issues, drive improvements and advance our automated production capabilities, including safety, quality and productivity enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of automated production systems and industrial automation.
• Experience in robot programming and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support within paint automation
• Own automation-related activities in area and support broader initiatives
• Drive cross-functional problem-solving for automation disturbances
• Monitor line performance and conduct root cause analysis
• Support production prioritization and ensure efficient flow
• Specify, manage and implement changes to paint automation equipment
• Support implementation of new and modified automation solutions
• Lead smaller activities or teams when needed
• Coach others and share expertise to develop competence
