Main responsibilities and expectations:
You will work in the ophthalmology paediatric department and collaborate also with the paediatric clinic, the department of habilitation, radiology and neurology.
There are on call duties for these positions: during daytime, evening and weekends, but no night duties.

What’s expected of you:

• Specialist physician in ophthalmology.
• A few years of experience in paediatric ophthalmology is desirable.
• Strabismus surgery skills are also seen as extremely positive.
• To have good theoretical knowledge in paediatric ophthalmology, and at least the basic required in specialist skills.
• A willingness to develop and an interest in the field is essential, and being active in research is an advantage.
• To be responsible and meticulous, and well aware of objectives and quality standards.
• To be flexible and solution-oriented.
• To have a B driving license and IT skills.

Salary and Conditions:
Employed as a medical assistant with a salary of 5100 EUR/month with a general temporary employment contract as a form of employment for six months as the language is developed and the introduction takes
place at the workplace.
After receiving the Swedish identification, the salary is set as a specialist doctor according to the agreement.
