Job summary

ARC'TERYX is seeking a seasonal Product Guide to join our store as the face of the brand on the retail floor. You will share product knowledge, guide guests to gear that fits their needs, and represent ARC'TERYX with passion on and off the floor.

You will work part-time (16‑32 hours/week) from October 2026 to January 2027, with hourly compensation. You’ll collaborate with teammates, embrace outdoor culture, and support guests during peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• Guest-centric mindset for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Disruptive evolution: challenge status quo and embrace continuous improvement.
• Own your impact: take responsibility, be self-motivated and solve problems.
• Fluency in the local language and English is essential.
• Willingness to work key retail periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Keep the store running smoothly, handle transactions, inventory, and daily tasks.
