Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on key activities, priorities and internal projects.
• Coordinate seed handling, storage, documentation and shipments and maintain inventories.
• Drive operational and cross-functional projects from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Develop and improve internal processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and HR-related processes.
