Job summary

Tieto Caretech in Sweden is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our agile, multinational team focused on health IT products and data workflows across Nordic countries.

You will analyse and structure healthcare data, work with clinical terminologies, and explore openEHR and FHIR standards while collaborating with global customers.

A strong emphasis on AI literacy and compliant data handling, with a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities to grow in a meaningful healthcare tech mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysing and structuring healthcare data.
• Familiarity with clinical terminologies (SNOMED CT, ICD-10/11) and openEHR.
• Strong written and spoken English and Swedish communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Teams and Customers to understand needs and translate into solutions.
• Facilitate the secure exchange of health information between organizations.
• Map health data from one source to another source.
• Find new and effective ways to use healthcare data in applications.
• Understand data structure and reuse to support healthcare stakeholders.
• Be part of a team of developers, application specialists and solution architects.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to health information exchange.
