Bank of America’s Stockholm office invites you to join Global Corporate Banking as an Off-Cycle Analyst. Based in our Nordic hub, you will work across industries and products, supporting relationship management, origination and execution for loans, bonds, FX and cash management.

The programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job mentorship with exposure to live transactions. You will build financial models, perform credit analysis and contribute ideas for cross‑selling with Investment Banking,

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree with completion between Jan 2026 and Jul 2028
• On track for strong academic results (UK 2:1 or equivalent)
• Available to join Jan 2027–Dec 2027
• Fluency in English essential; Nordic language preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist Global Corporate Banking in relationship management, origination and execution across products
• Understand clients and industries to support growth and day-to-day banking needs
• Provide market-informed judgments on financing strategies for client needs
• Prepare financial models and analytical presentations for capital structure advice
• Develop credit analysis and debt instrument pricing skills
• Familiarize with legal and documentation aspects of debt instruments
• Work on live transactions and build client networks
• Generate ideas and cross-sell opportunities for clients
• Assist in client-specific analyses (e.g., capital structure, acquisition finance)
• Collaborate with IB, Capital Markets and Global Payment Solutions teams
