Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee facilities management operations across a portfolio of premium retail sites in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo, with occasional travel to Paris. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering support to ensure service delivery and growth.

You will manage maintenance across sites, lead by example, and ensure adherence to health & safety and company standards, while supporting expansion and mobilising new client sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance role within Facilities Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to support engineers when needed.
• Experience managing multiple sites or mobile engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Scandinavia and occasionally to Paris.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and maintenance activities across multiple retail sites
• Lead by example, providing hands-on technical support when required
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
• Support the mobilisation of new client sites as the business continues to expand
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio
