Job summary

Alantra is seeking a capable investment banking professional to join its Nordic team in Stockholm. You will execute active M&A mandates, prepare marketing materials, model and value companies, and manage data rooms while collaborating with senior bankers and leveraging local market insight.

Ideal candidates bring experience from major banks or M&A boutiques, a strong academic record, and fluency in a Nordic language plus English; a third European language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience at a leading investment bank or M&A boutique.
• Strong academic background with demonstrated quantitative skills and well-developed knowledge of financial terms and concepts.
• Skills in a Nordic language (native level) and English (excellent writing and speaking skills); a third European language is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and standard business/financial databases.

Responsibilities

• Execution of active M&A mandates: Preparation of marketing materials, modelling and valuation analysis, data-room management, etc.
• Marketing initiatives: Market analyses of different industry verticals, preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analysis, screening of potential M&A targets / buyers, financial valuations, etc.
• Business development: Recruiting initiatives, marketing of the firm and development of the Alantra Nordic team
