NewGround Alliance Bloom is a graduate consultancy development program from Next Level Finance. It offers graduates red-carpet access to a consulting career in Finance through a 2-year development track.

As a Bloom consultant you’ll work on real finance projects for large clients, spanning Financial Planning & Analysis and General Accounting & Close. The program leads to permanent full-time employment with a competitive salary and clear career progression.

In the fall of 2027, Next Level Finance offers graduates red-carpet access to a consulting career in Finance with the 2-year Newground Alliance Bloom graduate program. By consulting in Finance, we mean that we cater for consulting needs in Finance functions at large corporates, covering Financial Planning & Analysis as well as General Accounting & Close.
