3M Sweden is seeking a Machine Mechanic to join our Varnamo plant. You will maintain molding tools and ensure safe operation for our team, performing preventive, corrective and emergency actions.

The role requires workshop experience, knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics, blueprint reading and the ability to work independently or with a team in a safety‑conscious environment. Swedish language proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Has a workshop education or a couple of years in the profession.
• Basic knowledge of molding tools.
• Has knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Can run workshop machinery such as: Milling machines, Lathes etc.
• Blueprint understanding.
• Is driven and able to work both independently and together with the team.
• Strong attention to EHS topics and commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
• Proficiency in Swedish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Performing preventive, corrective and emergency actions on our molding tools.
• Making smaller adjustments.
• Participating in EHS activities.
• Actively participating in the day-to-day operations specifically tier process.
