Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an MLOps Engineer to support the AI infrastructure on the Sferical.ai platform. You’ll be the technical bridge between AI teams and infrastructure, ensuring 216+ GPUs are used efficiently, securely and reliably in a governed enterprise environment.

You will operate GPU workload orchestration, troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, and help scale infrastructure for future needs while creating clear guides and dashboards for teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes and GPU orchestration experience.
• Experience with enterprise security and access controls.
• Experience with data movement across storage systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

• Operate GPU workload orchestration using Run:ai and manage queues.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and runtimes.
• Support data movement across storage systems and manage access controls.
• Monitor infrastructure health and generate capacity reports.
• Coordinate incidents and change requests with teams and vendors.
• Prepare infrastructure for future scaling and security integrations.
• Create operational guides, dashboards and documentation.
