Job summary

Arm Sweden is seeking a senior engineer to advance next-generation NPU hardware modelling for ML/AI applications. You will collaborate with ML hardware design and verification teams, contribute to design and verification, and work with the compiler team to optimize performance.

The role includes leading work packages and mentoring junior engineers. The position emphasizes hybrid work, strong analytical skills, and a drive to push the boundaries of ML and AI-enabled hardware.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in ML, EE, Engineering Physics, CS, or a similar technical field.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python.
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation NPU hardware modelling platform features and architecture.
• Collaborate with ML hardware design and verification teams on design, specification and verification.
• Collaborate with the compiler team to optimize hardware performance.
• Lead larger work packages, drive technical direction, and mentor junior engineers.
