Job summary

Belmont Lavan is seeking an Architect/Developer to design and deliver robust Microsoft-based solutions that maximize customer value. You will work with Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure to build scalable integrations across clients' systems.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business challenges into secure, sustainable architectures while guiding customers through digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing, and architecting Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, SQL, Web API, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience building integrations using Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
• Knowledge of Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, value-driven solutions.
• Experience in a consulting environment with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design integrations and end-to-end solutions across Microsoft platforms.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning tech with business goals.
• Collaborate to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable digital transformations.
• Guide customers through implementation and post go-live improvements.
