Job summary

CytaCoat AB is seeking a Head of Production to lead the scale-up of manufacturing from pilot to full commercial operations in Sweden. You will combine hands-on leadership with strategic development, building processes and systems to support rapid growth and ensure reliable customer delivery.

You will drive the 2027 facility relocation and lead cross-functional implementation of new production equipment, while maintaining quality and traceability across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of production teams in a regulated environment.
• Experience scaling manufacturing from pilot to commercial production.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the order-to-delivery process.
• Lead daily manufacturing operations with clear priorities.
• Translate forecasts into practical production schedules and allocate resources.
• Ensure safe, compliant production with complete records.
• Monitor output, capacity, yield, downtime, and risks.
• Develop and train Production operators and technicians.
