Haeger & Carlsson Executive Search and Interim seeks a scientifically skilled Medical Science Liaison for Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Nordics, based in Stockholm. The MSL will drive high-quality scientific exchange with psychiatry or sleep medicine experts and serve as a bridge to internal teams, including training sales and marketing colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Medical or scientific degree and >2 years in pharma, hospital, or research organization.
• Experience or network in sleep medicine, neuroscience, or psychiatry desired.
• Strong scientific communication and understanding of drug development/approval.
• Excellent multitasking and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to build partnerships with regional expert groups.
• Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with psychiatry and sleep medicine experts and other HCPs needing medical and scientific advice.
• Provide credible, balanced scientific information about the therapeutic area, Idorsia, and its products.
• Map the healthcare ecosystem and identify partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute territory planning and training activities.
• Review literature, participate in congresses, and gather competitive intelligence.
• Educate internally and externally on scientific and product information.
• Organize regional advisory boards with Medical Director.
• Assist Medical Affairs with investigator identification and research opportunities.
• Escalate pharmacovigilance cases as needed and ensure compliant communications.
