Job summary

Boston Consulting Group GmbH in Europe seeks a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage to drive knowledge assets and AI‑enabled solutions for Med Tech. You will work with global teams to structure issues, deliver insights, and support commercial priorities across EU and AP.

You’ll prototype AI tools with internal teams and help scale successful solutions across engagements. You’ll contribute to thought leadership, collaborate with case teams, and translate complex research into practical recommendations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in MedTech required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4–6+ years strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Fluency in English; other European languages spoken is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against client and commercial priorities for Med Tech in EU and AP.
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI‑enabled tools and assets with end users and internal teams.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations for go‑to‑market and growth.
