The role involves leading engineering development from concept to release, reviewing engineering specifications, and collaborating with teams to ensure structural integrity and functionality. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics or similar and experience with automotive mechatronic systems. Proficiency with CAD tools like CATIA is preferred, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with automotive mechatronic systems, preferably wiper/washer, rear view systems.
• Understanding of actuator systems, electric motors, sensors, wiring interfaces, and component integration.
• Knowledge of engineering processes such as FMEA, DVP, verification methods and release workflows.

• Lead and support design and engineering development from concept to release.
• Create, review, and maintain engineering specifications and CAD models.
• Collaborate closely with system engineers, design teams, suppliers, and manufacturing.
