About the assignment

For our exciting client within the aerospace industry, we are now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical design and development of advanced components and systems.
• Work with CATIA for modeling and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and performance.
• Contribute to solving complex design challenges in demanding environments.
• Support in material selection and design for manufacturability.

Required Competencies

• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably within aerospace or other high-tech industries.
• Documented experience and proficiency in CATIA (preferably v6).
• Experience level: Medior to Senior.
• Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a strong plus.
• Experience with hard-to-machine materials is meritorious.
