As a Senior Quality Specialist, you’ll be a key partner to engineering, production and suppliers—driving a strong quality culture, turning data into actions, and ensuring robust processes from incoming material to final delivery. You’ll take ownership of investigations and improvements, influence cross-functional decisions, and see the impact of your work in customer satisfaction, safety, compliance and business performance. Partner with engineering and production to define requirements, qualify process changes, and secure product and process compliance. Several years of experience in quality within manufacturing/industrial environments, including production and/or supplier quality, with a collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management. Working knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and experience with audits and compliance requirements, with a structured and thorough way of working. Ability to analyze quality data/KPIs and use structured methods (FMEA, control plans) to prioritize and deliver improvements, with ownership and attention to detail.
