Hitachi Energy in Ludvika leads the Warranty & Post-Warranty Services for HVDC projects worldwide. As Manager, you will lead a growing international team delivering operational excellence and customer support throughout warranty and post-warranty phases.

You will inspire and coach your team, provide strategic support to local service centers, and drive development opportunities in a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in the power sector, with at least 3 years as line or project manager.
• HVDC or FACTS project experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is an advantage.

You will be part of HVDC Service within Hitachi Energy in Ludvika, leading our Warranty & Post-Warranty Service organization. In this role, you will be responsible for a global team delivering operational excellence and customer support throughout the warranty and post-warranty phases of our HVDC projects worldwide.

• As Manager, you will lead our Warranty & Post-warranty Service department and be responsible for operational and strategic management of warranty and post-warranty services of HVDC projects worldwide.

• You will also provide operational and strategic support to our local service centers

Your Background

• First and foremost, you are a confident leader with the ability to strike a balance between strategic, tactical and operational tasks, ensuring they are in line with our business’s local and global priorities.
• Furthermore, with your great collaborative and communicative skills, you thrive in a multi-cultural environment, where you can inspire your team to great performance.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and have a minimum 10 years experience working in the power sector, out of which a minimum of three years as line or project manager. HVDC or FACTS projects will be an advantage.
• You should be fluent in English - written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish language will be an advantage.
