Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a dedicated professional for the Global Maintenance team within Operations. The role involves ensuring high-quality maintenance documentation, coordinating service projects, and contributing to improvements across systems and processes.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, strong documentation skills, international exposure, and fluency in English. Travel will be required as part of the role, and SAP/ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering; knowledge of electronics or relevant work experience from advanced service projects.
  • Experience in technical documentation and maintenance manuals.
  • Structured, flexible and strong in project management, quality control and documentation.
  • International experience and ability to travel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • SAP skills and ERP experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing & sales, maintenance optimized tendering.
  • Ensure technical maintenance documentation and procedures are relevant and high quality.
  • Efficient execution and support of maintenance service projects based on scope.
  • Prepare, plan and coordinate LTSA (Long Term Service Agreement).
  • Understand Installed Base & Life Cycle processes.
  • Contribute to system and product improvements through feedback from service execution.
  • Help develop the team and processes to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a role model with safety and integrity as cornerstones.

The opportunity

We are now looking for a new team member to our Global Maintenance team within Operations. We support and contribute globally to ensure that the proper maintenance documentation, tasks and content is delivered to our projects in their different phases from tender to long term service agreements execution. The team works with many projects simultaneously and with different approaches depending on scope. Sometimes you are working together with other parts of the team and sometimes it is you ensuring the things get done properly.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Supporting marketing & sales, maintenance optimized tendering
  • Ensuring technical maintenance documentation and procedures are relevant and on a high level.
  • Efficient execution and support of maintenance service projects based on scope.
  • LTSA Long Term Service Agreement, preparation, execution planning and coordination
  • Understanding of Installed Base & Life Cycle processes.
  • Contribute to improvements of our systems & products through structured feedback from execution of service projects
  • Participating in achieving operational efficiency through structured development of team and processes
  • Acting and working as a role model with safety and integrity as corner stones
Your background
  • As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering and knowledge of electronics or relevant work experience from advanced service projects.
  • You have experience in technical documentation and maintenance manuals.
  • You are structured, flexible and have great qualifications in project management, quality control and documentation
  • International experience and ability to travel
  • You have genuine technical interest and are always open to developing your skills within other fields.
  • You are a dynamic and social person who enjoys working with people from various business areas and parts of the world.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
  • SAP skills and ERP experience are a plus.
