Job summary

Cleeven is expanding a data-driven team and seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D‑facing projects for clients across industries. You will contribute to data collection, feature engineering, and model development throughout the ML lifecycle.

You will build, evaluate, and deploy models in production, monitor performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. English fluent, proactive, and independent work style are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ML, data science, or AI roles.
• Experience developing and deploying ML models in production.
• Curious, technically driven, and eager to tackle complex data and algorithmic challenges.
• Strong communication with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently.
• Fluent in English.

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.


• You have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI-related roles.


• You have experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.


• You’re curious, technically driven, and eager to tackle complex data and algorithmic challenges.


• You communicate easily with stakeholders and can effectively gather and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.


• You’re a proactive problem solver who works independently and takes ownership of your tasks.


• You are fluent in English.

Your Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll be part of the data and AI teams within the R&D departments of our clients—leading companies in high-tech, finance, and digital sectors. You’ll contribute to the full machine learning lifecycle, including:
