Stegra in Boden, Northern Sweden, seeks an LMF & RH Lead – Caster to join the Caster Production team within Steel Operations. You will be the technical expert for LMF and RH Vacuum Degasser, ensuring safe, stable and efficient production while helping establish standards and best practices.

As our LMF & RH Lead, you will join the Caster Production team within Steel Operations and take a leading technical role within our Secondary Metallurgy operations.
You will be a key technical expert for our Ladle Metallurgical Furnace LMF and RH Vacuum Degasser, supporting safe, stable and efficient production while helping establish the operational standards and ways of working for these areas.
Working close to production, maintenance, process engineering and other technical functions, you will troubleshoot operational challenges, optimize processes and support the development of our teams through hands‑on guidance and knowledge sharing.
